The whole order amount will be refunded if the order is cancelled, lost or undelivered to your preferred location.
In case of any circumstances where the requirement could not be met, Radhika Bandhani Center reserves the right to cancel any order without any explanation for doing so. We ensure that any communication of cancellation of an order or any applicable refund will be made in reasonable time.

Before you return an item, please contact our customer care team either by calling on ‘0000000000’ or by e-mailing at ‘info@RadhikaBandhani.com’ to obtain a Reverse Pick Up (RPU) Ticket Number. Please have the below information ready before you call or mention them in your requested email –
Once you receive your RPU Ticket Number, please re-pack the items to be returned with all original packaging & tags that they were shipped with. Make sure that the Return Form is completely filled and dropped inside the packet.
As stated above, if you have given us incorrect delivery information, we cannot offer guaranteed delivery. You will be given the opportunity to adjust the information up to two business days before the delivery date. If our delivery personnel report that the delivery address is incorrect, we will attempt to contact you and acquire new information. We will not be liable, however, if we are unable to make a delivery due to incorrect delivery information, and we will not be able to issue a refund.
Orders to hotels, or company addresses are not guaranteed, but in most cases arrive as requested. If your delivery is going to such a location, please provide the name and telephone number of the receiving person.
To change your order, please contact Customer Service using at info@RadhikaBandhani.com. Changes can only be made two business days or more prior to the scheduled delivery date.
If a recipient refuses delivery, you will not be entitled to a refund.
Credit Returns
Refund amount for all returned items will be credited to your bank account.
